hey party people, I'm back. I've got a question. I'm stuck on kick flips, I can flip it good and liand with my back foot on the board, but I cannot get my front foot on it. And heelflips, everyone says they're a lot easier, but I can barely flip it for a heelflip. I would really appreciate some help with these tricks.

i know its pathetic but i seriously cannot get an ollie. its like my back wheels are glued to the ground!!!!! what am i doing wrong?????
