it's all in your back foot.

it's all in your back foot. Just practice with only your back foot on the board, and just push down and to the side. Then, work your way up to both feet on the board, then moving. Check out the Tony Hawk's Trick Tips on it at youtube. It helped me a lot.

dude its is kinda hard at first. dont be discouraged. just keep practicing a lot. also, keep watching videos of people doing it, then try and learn from them. here is a good one.
